If at this point, you decide not to proceed with the purchase, we will refund the $1000 holding deposit into your nominated bank account & re-list the property for sale.

  • We will notify you once the plans have been lodged with the Land Titles Office. From this point, you have approximately 6 weeks until the land is registered.
  • At this point, you should notify your solicitors/conveyancers, builder & brokers/banks so you can start getting ready for the settlement process.

  • Settlement is required 14 days after the registered plans have been issued and your solicitor/conveyancer has been notified.
  • Your conveyancer/solicitor will book in a date and time for settlement to take place. At this point, you should ensure that the final balance of your purchase is made available to your solicitor/conveyancer to complete the transaction.
